This is a blog dedicated to my weight loss, getting healthy and anything that inspires me and my life in general.

failure is not an option in life as we only get one chance and we must succeed!

Em.21 years old. I'm simple but complex all at the same time. Every day i dress differently depending on my mood and i can't be generalised. My interests are broad and adventurous. This was my weightloss blog before now its my life blog which involved that but also every other aspect of my life too. i hope my life may interest some people as much as it is fun for me.

so my mum just came into my room and goes “i made something for you” and gives me this funny little brown book

and inside it she wrote

and then on every single page she’s written something lovely like “beautiful” “funny” ”generous” etc

this is because she found out about my self harming a few weeks ago, and wants me to have something to look at every time i feel sad
