This is a blog dedicated to my weight loss, getting healthy and anything that inspires me. Em.21 years old. I've struggled with my weight and appearance since i was quite young. I've tried many diets and healthy eating plans, but none seem to work for me. I'm sick of going shopping and shops not having my size, or hating walking past glass windows and seeing my reflection or even just in the mirror every morning.
